肾综合征出血热(HFRS)是由汉坦病毒引起的多系统、多器官损害的自然疫源性传染病。少尿期是该病症状重、并发症多、死亡率高的病期。我院自1994年1月至1998年3月共收治肾综合征出血热52例,其中有少尿期者48例(92％),治疗效果良好,现将治疗体会总结如下。
Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) is a naturally foci of multiple organ damage caused by Hantavirus. Oliguria is the symptoms of the disease, complications, high mortality period. Our hospital from January 1994 to March 1998 were treated 52 cases of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, including oliguria in 48 cases (92%), the treatment effect is good, the treatment is summarized as follows.
