近年来,促肝细胞生长素(PHGF)广泛应用治疗重型肝炎和慢性肝炎,并取得了一定疗效。本文总结我科用于治疗慢性乙肝86例的临床治疗结果,特报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 病例选择 均为我院传染科住院患者,符合1995年5月北京第5次全国传染病寄生虫病学术会议修订标准。治疗组86例,其中慢性轻、中型肝炎76例,慢性重型肝炎10例。另设同期住院的慢性肝炎患者30
