文章以新疆农业大学培训基地为例,对近年来自治区的中职教育师资培养培训工作进行了概述。对中职教师参加培训的意愿进行了分析并验证,结果表明在自治区教龄较短、职称与学历较低的教师,少数民族教师和非“双师型”教师对培训的需求更大。通过教师回访工作发现目前基地建设中存在的主要问题,并思考提出了相应的解决对策:完善职业教育教师培养培训制度的建设;基地定期开展教师回访工作;优化基地布局结构,加强内涵建设,加大投入力度,扩大培训规模。
Taking the training base of Xinjiang Agricultural University as an example, the article gives an overview of the cultivation and training of secondary vocational education teachers in the autonomous regions in recent years. The willingness of secondary vocational school teachers to participate in the training was analyzed and verified. The results showed that there was a greater demand for training in those secondary teachers with short professional titles and qualifications, minority teachers and non-double-qualified teachers in the autonomous region. The main problems that exist in the construction of the base are found out through teacher’s return visit and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward: perfecting the system of teacher training and training of vocational education; carrying out the teacher’s return visit on a regular basis; optimizing the base layout structure, strengthening the construction of content, adding Great efforts to expand the scale of training.
