基于低碳生态的视角,将能源、经济和环境因素纳入煤炭企业低碳经济效率评价体系中,运用Malmquist生产率指数分析我国11家煤炭上市公司2008—2015年全要素生产率变动情况及其分解因素,并通过构建Tobit模型对煤炭上市公司低碳经济效率的影响因素进行回归分析。结果表明:从投入产出效率角度来看,我国煤炭上市公司低碳经济效率的提高主要依靠技术进步驱动,而规模效率整体水平偏低且有待提升。从影响因素角度来看,企业规模和环保投入力度对企业发展低碳经济有正向促进作用,企业内部管理费用和对外开放程度对企业发展低碳经济效率起负向作用,企业研发水平和市场势力对低碳经济发展无显著影响。
Based on the perspective of low-carbon ecology, energy, economic and environmental factors are incorporated into the low-carbon economic efficiency evaluation system of coal enterprises. Malmquist productivity index is used to analyze the changes of total factor productivity of 11 coal listed companies in China from 2008 to 2015 and their decomposition factors. Through the construction of Tobit model, the regression analysis is conducted on the influencing factors of low-carbon economic efficiency of listed coal companies. The results show that from the perspective of input-output efficiency, the improvement of low-carbon economy efficiency of China’s listed coal companies mainly depends on technological progress, while the overall level of scale efficiency is low and needs to be improved. From the perspective of influencing factors, the scale of enterprises and investment in environmental protection have a positive role in promoting the development of low-carbon economy. The internal management costs and the degree of opening to the outside world play a negative role in the development of low-carbon economy. The R & D level and market The forces have no significant effect on the development of low-carbon economy.
