以红花钓钟柳无菌苗茎尖(1~2cm)为外植体,通过丛芽诱导、增殖和生根建立离体繁殖体系.结果表明:茎尖在MS+1.0mg/L 6-BA+0.05mg/L NAA培养基中培养30d,不定芽诱导率达100%,繁殖系数达9.8;不定芽继代培养30d,1~4代平均繁殖系数达6.0,丛芽长势良好;不定芽在1/2MS+0.2mg/L IBA+0.2mg/L NAA培养基中培养20d,生根率达100%,根系发达,试管苗生长健壮;105株试管苗移栽到土壤营养钵中,15d成活96株,存活率达91.42%.
