经济社会的发展一日千里,医院在改革的大潮中如逆水行舟,不进则退。外部环境的快变已经促使医院进行管理创新;管理创新又促使医院管理更好地适应环境。管理创新是一种理念,更是医院生存发展的内在要求,只有通过管理创新才能使医院的管理体制、运行机制和管理理念更加规范合理,实现人、财、物等资源的有效配置。
With the rapid development of economy and society, hospitals are going against the backdrop of the tide of reform. Rapid changes in the external environment have prompted hospital management innovation; management innovation and promote hospital management to better adapt to the environment. Management innovation is an idea. It is an inherent requirement of the survival and development of the hospital. Only through management innovation can the hospital’s management system, operating mechanism and management philosophy be more standardized and reasonable, and the effective allocation of resources such as human, financial and material resources can be achieved.
