高职教育以培养市场需要的一线技能型人才为重要目标。技能的形成和发展离不开知识的支持。高职院校图书馆作为知识存储的重要机构,本应在推动学生专业技能发展方面发挥重要的作用。但在实际工作中,高职院校图书馆的利用率普遍不高,产生这种问题的根本原因是图书馆的办馆理念脱离高职教育的特色需求。因此高职院校图书馆应当转变办馆理念,调整工作方式,变被动为主动,拓展功能定位,主动融入人才培养的大局当中。
Higher vocational education to train the market needs of first-tier skilled personnel as an important goal. The formation and development of skills can not be separated from the support of knowledge. As an important institution for knowledge storage, the library of higher vocational colleges should play an important role in promoting the development of students’ professional skills. However, in practical work, the utilization rate of libraries in higher vocational colleges is generally not high. The fundamental reason for this problem is that the concept of library management is out of the special needs of higher vocational education. Therefore, the library of higher vocational colleges should change the concept of office building, adjust the work style, change from passive to active, expand functional orientation, and actively integrate into the overall situation of personnel training.
