目的:通过生物转化技术发酵三七获得三七药性菌质,对正丁醇部位化学成分进行研究。方法:采用系统溶剂萃取、D101大孔吸附树脂、硅胶柱色谱、开放式ODS柱色谱、半制备液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,结合化合物理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其化合物结构。结果:从三七药性菌质正丁醇部位分离得到6个化合物,分别为24(R)-假人参皂苷RT5(1),人参皂苷SG1(2),人参皂苷Rh12(3),人参皂苷Rb1(4),vina-ginsenoside R8(5),vina-ginsenoside R9(6)。结论:化合物1,2,5,6为首次从三七植物中分离得到,所有化合物均为首次从三七药性菌质中分离得到。
Objective: Fermentation of Panax notoginseng by biotransformation technology to obtain the chemical constituents of n-butanol. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by systematic solvent extraction, D101 macroporous adsorption resin, silica gel column chromatography, open ODS column chromatography and semi-preparative liquid chromatography. Their chemical structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Six compounds were isolated from the n-butanol fraction of Panax notoginseng, which were 24 (R) - pseudoginseng saponin RT5 (1), ginsenoside SG1 (2), ginsenoside Rh12 (3), ginsenoside Rb1 (4), vina-ginsenoside R8 (5), vina-ginsenoside R9 (6). Conclusion: Compounds 1, 2, 5 and 6 were isolated from Panax notoginseng for the first time. All compounds were isolated from Panax notoginseng for the first time.
