铁元素是人体必需微量元素之一,机体的很多代谢过程都是需要铁的参与才能完成的。铁的缺乏不仅可以引起血红素合成障碍导致缺铁性贫血,也会影响含铁酶包括线粒体中细胞色素酶系统的活力及肌红蛋白的合成。因此,铁稳态的调节机制对于人体的正常生理活动是十分重要的。本文主要就近年来铁代谢过程中影响铁循环利用的重要因素和关键分子进行阐述。
Iron is one of the essential trace elements of the body, many of the body’s metabolic processes are required to participate in the iron to complete. The lack of iron not only causes heme biosynthesis disorders that lead to iron deficiency anemia but also affects the activity of ferrihydrin, including the mitochondrial cytosolic enzyme system and myoglobin synthesis. Therefore, the regulation mechanism of iron homeostasis is very important for the normal physiological activities of the human body. This article mainly elaborates on the important factors that affect iron recycling in the process of iron metabolism in recent years and the key elements.
