Landesberg(1888)首次报道由于甲状腺手术时误摘甲状旁腺,以致发生手足搐搦,并迅速发生白内障。其后许多学者曾以动物实验证明,摘除甲状旁腺能引起白内障。濑户川朝—(1962)曾报道巴西多氏病手术后引起白内障的病例。我国毕华德(1932)、张锡华(1940)、劳远琇(1054)、梁树今(1959)等均有关于手足搐搦白内障的报导。但是,在上述报告的病例中,真正属于特发性甲状旁腺机能低下继发的白内障为数很少,其中绝大部分系合并于骨软化症。现将我院一例特发性甲状旁腺机能低下继发白内障的病例报道如下。
For the first time, Landesberg (1888) reported tetany due to mishandling of parathyroid glands during thyroidectomy and rapid cataracts. Since then, many scholars have animal experiments show that removal of parathyroid can cause cataracts. Seto Kawasaki - (1962) reported cases of cataract caused by Dobuthey’s disease in Brazil. China’s Bi Huade (1932), Zhang Xihua (1940), Luoyuan Yue (1054), Liang Shuxian (1959) and other reports of tetany on cataract. However, in the above reported cases, the number of cataracts that really belong to idiopathic hypoparathyroidism secondary to the disease is very small, the vast majority of which are associated with osteomalacia. Now in our hospital a case of idiopathic hypoparathyroidism secondary cataract cases are reported below.
