报告144例因眼外伤而行眼球摘除的病理组织学观察。根据病理变化,分析讨论了本组病例,有少部分通过及时正确的诊治眼球是可以保留的。并从病理组织学改变的角度及临床诊治中的体会,对化脓性眼内炎,球(眶)内异物,继发性青光眼,交感性眼炎进行了重点探讨。希望有助于临床对这些病变有更深入的了解,为诊断、治疗和预防提供依据。
The report of 144 cases of ocular trauma due to enucleation of the pathological observation. According to pathological changes, analysis and discussion of this group of patients, a small part of the timely and correct diagnosis and treatment of the eye can be retained. From the perspective of pathological and histological changes and clinical experience in the treatment of suppurative endophthalmitis, ball (orbital) foreign body, secondary glaucoma, sympathetic ophthalmia were discussed.
