我科从1988年以来,对泪囊鼻腔吻合术式做了改进,简化了手术步骤,缩短了手术时间,经治疗56例患者疗效满意。临床资料一、一般情况 56例中,男25例,女31例。年龄21～50岁。58眼中,单眼54例,双眼2例。二、气囊制作选用一次性输液器塑胶管(20cm)、调节器、6~#医用手套(无名指套端长3cm)。将塑胶管硬性部分一端插入指套内1cm,用4~#丝线捆扎牢固,塑胶管段安装调节器。用5ml空针经塑胶管另一端注入适当空气,放入水中检查无漏气,以器械消
