1988年以来,我院采用脱钙胎骨做充填材料矫治先天性鞍鼻11例和鼻外伤后畸形2例,均获得成功。术后无不良反应,随访一年半,效果满意,特予介绍,并浅谈体会。 一、材料制备 取胎龄7个月以上或出生后死亡婴儿之骨组织,四肢长骨骨干最好,其次为头颅骨;去除骨膜及骨髓,先用75％酒精浸泡脱脂2次,每次约5～10分钟,然后放入0.6mol盐酸中脱钙3～5天,当骨质
