急性会厌炎起病急,进展快,可在短时间内室息死亡,是喉科急重症之一。现就我院近十年收治的102例急性会厌炎报告如下。临床资料 102例中,男81例,女21例,男女之比约4:1年龄最小20岁,最大72岁,其中35～50岁80例,占80％。发病以九、十两月为多,共43例,占43％,四月最少,占2％。就诊多数在24小时内。症状以咽痛(102例)、吞咽困难(40例)、呼吸困难(32例)为多,有时伴有中毒症状。喉部检查,会厌充血肿胀者77例,会厌呈半球形高度肿胀者35
