目前,改革的形势发展很快。如何做好改革形势下的共青团工作,是摆在我们团的干部面前的严峻课题。现在团的工作最大的不足是我们团干部的认识还不统一,素质还不够整齐,因而开创新局面不够。客观地讲,只有少数人在改革面前有主见,有创见,大多数还是缺少改革的办法,有的甚至一筹莫展。正如列车拐弯时,人们会感受到一种离心力,搞得不好还会被甩下来。改革是一个新的事物,我们应当力求尽快适应,并且积极投身其中。为此,首先要进行的一项重要工作,就是做好理论上的准备。我想就这方面谈几个问题。
At present, the situation of reform is developing rapidly. How to do well the work of the Communist Youth League under the situation of reform is a serious issue before our cadres. At present, the biggest deficiency of the CYL’s work is that its regiment’s cadres’ understanding is not uniform and its quality is still not enough neat. Therefore, opening up a new situation is not enough. Objectively speaking, only a few people have their own opinions and ideas in the face of reform. Most of them still lack the means of reform and some can not even do anything about it. Just as the train turns around, people feel a kind of centrifugal force that can not be done well and will be thrown off. Reform is a new thing, and we should strive to adapt as quickly as possible and actively participate in it. To this end, an important task to be carried out first is to make theoretical preparations. I would like to discuss a few issues in this regard.
