近年来,脑血循环障碍引起心电活动异常改变已受到国内外大量关注。本文收集1993—1995年经头颅CT证实的173例脑出血住院病人,选择95例住院前无任何心脏病史,心电图(ECG)一直正常的脑出血患者进行ECG检查,发现脑出血后常合并ECG异常。现结合资料分析并就有关问题进行探讨。 1临床资料 本组95例,男63例,女32例;年龄36—86岁,平均62.8士12.7岁,除1例36岁外,其他均为40岁以上的病人。全部病人均在发病后1—3小时行头
