40年代末,晋南解放不久,运城专署在解县办起了“文教训练班”.每期三个月左右,训练全区文教干部、高小校长、联区校长、中心校长、高小、初小教师.训练班主任为毕文彦,也是专职讲课人.地委宣传部的部长、科长,专署文教科科长邱俊生也来做过报告.讲授课程主要是《社会发展史》、《唯物辩证法》、《中共党史》、《新民主主义论》、《中国革命和中国共产党》、《论联合政府》等,还不定期地做时事政治报告.
