1998年,继香港高科技招商、东莞台商招商、美国高科技招商之后,广东省外经贸委在岁末又拉开了山区招商帷幕。目前,山区已初步形成轻工、纷织、机械、电子、化工、建材、食品及以当地资源开发为主的产业布局。山区水费、电费、土地使用费、厂房租金、工人工资等综合费用比珠三角地区低15%～30%,形成了山区特有的低成本优势。
In 1998, following the high-tech investment in Hong Kong, Dongguan, Taiwanese investment, high-tech investment in the United States, the Guangdong Provincial Foreign Economic and Trade Commission at the end of the year has opened a mountain investment. At present, the mountainous region has initially formed a light industry, complex organization, machinery, electronics, chemicals, building materials, foodstuffs and the industrial layout based on the development of local resources. The overall cost of water fee, electricity fee, land use fee, plant rent and worker’s salary in mountainous areas is 15% -30% lower than that in the Pearl River Delta region, forming a unique low-cost advantage in mountainous areas.
