目的研究磁共振成像技术对脑血管疾病的诊断价值。方法回顾分析2004年4月~2005年11月100例MR病例,运用不同的成像技术对脑血管疾病的诊断研究。其中研究组55例经常规MR I、MRA(磁共振动脉血管成像)、MRV(磁共振静脉血管成像)、及动态增强扫描,对照组45例单纯行常规MR I扫描。常规扫描序列包括快速自旋回波(TSE)横断T1WT2W压水T2加权像,矢状T1W或冠状T2W。结果2组扫描结果:研究组(55例)诊断正确率为95.6%(其中4例经DSA与手术证实为假阳性);对照组45例诊断正确率为61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规MR I结合MRA、MRV及动态增强扫描,对脑血管疾病具有重要的诊断价值。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging in cerebrovascular diseases. Methods The clinical data of 100 cases of MR from April 2004 to November 2005 were retrospectively analyzed. The diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease by different imaging techniques was studied. The study group of 55 cases of conventional MRI, MRA (magnetic resonance angiography), MRV (magnetic resonance venous angiography), and dynamic contrast-enhanced scan, the control group of 45 simple routine routine MRI scan. Conventional scan sequences include fast spin echo (TSE) transection T1WT2W PW T2 weighted images, sagittal T1W or coronal T2W. Results The results of two groups of scan were as follows: the diagnostic accuracy of the study group (55 cases) was 95.6% (4 of them were false positives confirmed by DSA and surgery); the correct rate of 45 cases in the control group was 61%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Conventional MR I combined with MRA, MRV and dynamic contrast-enhanced scan have important diagnostic value for cerebrovascular diseases.
