采用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机对试验钢进行等温相变热模拟试验,用OriginPro8.0软件对膨胀量数据进行分析。结果表明,添加少量的Mo元素可促进低温贝氏体相变,最终组织中生成更多板条贝氏体。添加0.14%Mo可使该钢强度增加41.8%,相变强化起主要作用;添加Mo还可促进低温条件下贝氏体相变动力,有效缩短相变时间。
The Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation testing machine was used to simulate the isothermal phase transformation of the test steel, and the data of expansion were analyzed by OriginPro 8.0 software. The results show that the addition of a small amount of Mo can promote low-temperature bainite transformation, the final organization to generate more lath bainite. The addition of 0.14% Mo can increase the strength of the steel by 41.8%, and the phase transformation strengthening plays a major role. Adding Mo can also promote the bainite transformation under low temperature and effectively shorten the phase transformation time.
