PEG浸渗处理是出土木质文物保护的重要工序。应用木质文物残块,对PEG浸渗的传质过程进行了试验研究,获得了PEG在木材中扩散速度的定量数据。木材基本密度及朽蚀程度、PEG分子量、纹理方向、处理溶液浓度和温度等因素对浸渗进度都有影响,木材基本密度及朽蚀程度、PEG分子量、溶液温度和浓度的影响相对较为显著,而纹理方向的影响相对较小。应用实验所得结果,对板状、圆柱状木材样本的浸渗处理步骤进行了设计,给出了各步处理时间随样本尺寸的变化关系。
PEG infiltration treatment is unearthed an important process of cultural relics protection. The application of wood relics, mass transfer process of PEG impregnation process were studied, the quantitative diffusion rate of PEG in the wood obtained quantitative data. The basic density and degree of wood corrosion, PEG molecular weight, grain orientation, solution concentration and temperature all have influence on the impregnation progress. The effects of basic wood density and degree of corrosion, PEG molecular weight, solution temperature and concentration are relatively significant. The effect of texture direction is relatively small. Based on the experimental results, the infiltration processing steps of the plate-shaped and cylindrical wood samples were designed. The relationship between the processing time and the sample size was given.
