音乐强国这个概念源于人们的印象。19世纪,德国是音乐培训中心,当时大部分的音乐教材都来自德语区,因此,纳维亚半岛及俄罗斯地区的音乐专家都懂德语,他们理解贝多芬的音乐、瓦格纳的曲子。可以说,19世纪至20世纪早期,德国在古典音乐中是占据中心地位的。然而,在当代,德国经历了军事胜利转变的文化胜利,出现了文化霸权主义,阻挡了音乐文化多样性。而音乐从来都不是单个的国家现象,它总是处于交流之中。音乐强国的头衔不是预定的,是每一个国家都必须重新争取的。因此笔者认为,德国在21世纪也许不再是音乐强国了,而仅仅是音乐大国。
The concept of musical power stems from people’s impressions. In the 19th century, Germany was a music training center. At that time, most of the music textbooks came from the German-speaking district. Therefore, music experts in the Navia peninsula and Russia all understood German and understood Beethoven’s music and Wagner’s song. It can be said that from the 19th century to the early 20th century, Germany occupied the center of classical music. However, in contemporary times, Germany experienced the cultural victory of the military victory and the emergence of cultural hegemony, blocking the diversity of music and culture. Music is never a single national phenomenon, it is always in communication. The title of music power is not scheduled, every country must regain it. Therefore, I believe that Germany may no longer be a musical power in the 21st century, but only a musical power.
