我院自1992年以来收治8例毒蜂蜇伤眼的患者,采用中西药治疗,取得较好疗效,报告如下。1 资料与方法 本组8例（8只眼）均为男性农民;住院5例,门诊3例;年龄最小17岁,最大48岁;初诊时间:伤后3小时内3例,1至3天4例,7天1例。初诊视力:光感至眼前指数4例,0.05至0.2者3例,0.6者1例。病情自拟分3期:①伤后至24小时为急性期:患眼疼痛流泪,羞明难睁。球结膜充血水肿。角膜水肿雾状混浊。②伤后2至5天为并发症期:患眼疼痛伴眼周疼痛,部分患者有头痛,流泪羞明。球结膜水肿减轻,充血加重,睫状充血明显。角膜混浊水肿加重,角膜后出现KP。房水闪光阳性。虹膜纹理不清,瞳孔对光反应迟钝或消失,瞳孔区出现纤维素渗出,部分病例出现前房积脓。视力显著下降。伴有口干咽燥,心烦闷热,大便干结,小便黄赤。③后期:结膜睫状充血。角膜实质层水肿混浊,后弹力层皱褶明显。虹膜萎缩后粘,瞳孔区出现渗出机化物,

Bulbar conjunctival edema reduced, hyperemia, ciliary congestion significantly. Corneal edema aggravated, KP appeared after the cornea. Room water flash positive. Iris texture is unclear, pupillary response to light or disappear, appear in the pupil exudation of cellulose, hypopyon in some cases of hyphema. Visual acuity decreased significantly. Accompanied by dry mouth and throat, upset hot, dry stool, yellow urine red. ③ late: Conjunctival ciliary congestion. Corneal parenchymal edema and opacity, after the elastic layer folds obvious.
