本文的第一部分阐述了物体发射率的各定义式、一般变化规律及在红外物理中的作用和地位,总结了发射率和哪些物理量有关。第二部分详细而全面地总结了物体发射率的各种测量方法:1)比较法 2)反射率法 3)偏振法 4)热成像技术法 5)辐射热损失法。第三部分总结和介绍了通过对发射率的测最而获得的多方面的应用:1)膜厚的测量 2)金属氧化膜厚度的测量 3)土壤含水量的测定 4)物体表面密度的测定 5)物质含量的确定 6)水污染的监测。
The first part of this paper expounds the definition of the emissivity of the object, the general variation and the role and position in the infrared physics, and summarizes the emissivity and which physical quantities. The second part summarizes the various measurement methods of object emissivity in detail and comprehensively: 1) Comparison method 2) Reflectance method 3) Polarization method 4) Thermal imaging method 5) Radiative heat loss method. The third part summarizes and describes the various applications obtained by measuring the emissivity: 1) Measurement of film thickness 2) Measurement of the thickness of metal oxide film 3) Determination of soil water content 4) Determination of surface density of objects 5) Determination of material content 6) Water pollution monitoring.
