青年是祖国的未来,民族的希望,党和人民事业发展的重要力量。青年大学生党员则是既掌握完备专业知识又拥有先进思想政治素质的优秀青年,是中华民族伟大复兴和中国梦实现的中坚力量。在党的十八大报告上,胡锦涛指出:“一个有远见的民族,总是把关注的目光投向青年;一个有远见的政党,总是把青年看作推动历史发展和社会前进的重要力量。”~([1])习近平总书记在五四青年节的讲话中也鼓励青年大学生,弘扬五四精神践行社会主义价值观:“现在在高校学习的大学生都是20岁左右,到2020年全面建成小康社会时,很多人还不到30岁;到本世纪中叶基本实现现代化时,很多人还不到60岁。也就是说,实现”两个一百年“奋斗目标,你们和千千万万青年将全过程参与。有信念、有梦想、有奋斗、有奉献的人生,才是有意义的人生。~([2])广大青年学生尤其是青年大学生党员,在两个百年目标实现的过程中,不仅要做见证者,更要做”中国梦“的建设者!
