土地是人类赖以生存的最基本资源,具有不可再生的特性。近年来如东县地方政府为了大力发展地方经济,加强了招商引资的力度,大批量的项目急需落地投产,给如东县的土地管理工作带来了巨大的压力,本文通过对如东县近几年来土地执法监察的现状以及存在问题的分析,来阐述土地执法监察的重要性,进一步探讨保护耕地的重要性。
