本文报告了中东欧(CEE)向市场经济转变,健康状况会导致短期的恶化:1. 实际收入减少和扩大收入悬殊;2. 与紧张有关的行为;3. 不严格的控制环境和职业危险度;4. 基本卫生服务崩溃。分析集中于健康状况的三项主要指标:出生期望寿命,婴儿死亡率和15~65 岁年龄组死亡概率。
This article reports on the shift from Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) to a market economy. Health conditions can lead to short-term deterioration: 1. Reduce real income and expand income disparity; 2. Stress-related behaviors; 3. Not strict control of environmental and occupational hazards; 4. The basic health service collapses. The analysis focused on three main indicators of health: life expectancy at birth, infant mortality, and the probability of death in the 15-65 age group.
