我院于１９９７年１２月率先在化疗病区开展了整体护理。该病区拥有床位４９张，分两个责任组，按整体护理要求，护士按职称上岗，做到职责明确，责任到人，实行护士长－责任组长－责任护士垂直管理。经过一年多的实践，有效地提高了护理服务质量。现就责任组长工作谈一些粗浅
In December 1997, our hospital took the lead in carrying out holistic care in the chemotherapy ward. The ward has 49 beds and is divided into two groups of responsibility.
