社区妇幼健康服务是实现妇幼人人享有卫生保健目标的重要措施，做为全国社区健康服务试点工作区之一的焦作市解放区，1997年4月至5月在焦南办事处、民主办事处进行了社区基础情况调查。从调查中了解社区的妇幼健康需求，卫生保健机构服务现状及存在问题，分析了社区纯母乳喂养的达标情况及妇幼保健服务需求与利用的差距及原因，提出了顺利开展社区妇幼健康服务工作的基础以健康教育为先导政府参与、部门协调是重要保证，有一支强有力的专业技术队伍是关键，各级政府的经济投入是经济保证。
The community maternity and child health service is an important measure to realize the goal of health care for all women and children. It is one of the pilot areas for community health service in the Jiaozuo City Liberated Area, and was conducted in the Jiaonan Office and the Democratic Office from April to May 1997. From the survey, we learned about the maternal and child health needs of the community, the status quo and problems of health care institutions, and analyzed the standards of community breastfeeding and the gap between the needs and utilization of maternal and child health services, and proposed the successful development of community maternal and child health services.
