近年来,工程建设规模持续增长,工程建设工期压力越来越大,在工程建设投资不断压缩的情况下,外部资源获取效率显得尤为重要。本文以网络建设合作资源为研究对象,对网络建设过程涉及的合作资源及资源提供者进行分析并构建评估模型,对合作资源分类评估,建立资源获取策略集合,以保障网络工程建设顺利进行。
In recent years, the scale of construction continued to grow, the pressure of project construction period is more and more large. With the continuous compression of construction investment, the efficiency of external resources acquisition is particularly important. This paper takes the network construction cooperation resources as the research object, analyzes the cooperation resources and resources providers involved in the network construction process and constructs the evaluation model, classifies and evaluates the cooperation resources, and establishes the collection of resource acquisition strategies to ensure the smooth progress of the network engineering construction.
