“要以信息化引领警务工作,不断提升社会管理服务能力。”这是2010年11月24日中共中央政治局常委、中央政法委书记周永康在视察中国移动江苏公司徐州分公司(简称徐州移动)为铜山区政法委建设的“平安通”和“技防城”信息化项目时所给予的高度肯定,并强调要“坚持这些好的做法,不断提高执法能力、服务水平”。徐州,地处苏皖鲁豫交界的苏北城市,是全国重要的交通枢纽,历来都是兵家必争之地。但也因其特殊的地理位置,加大了地方综合治理的难度和工作量。徐州移动发挥自身通信技术和网络服务优势,结合徐州农村社会综合治理需求,先后成功实施了“平安通”、“技防城”等系列信息化项目,助推社会主义新农村建设,以实际行动践行了企业社会责任。
