随着新《纲要》的颁布实施,学前教育领域发生了翻天覆地的变化。新《纲要》强调学前教育要重视幼儿的兴趣、爱好和需要,要让幼儿畅享童年生活。由此可见,社会要求幼儿园要高度重视幼儿的健康成长。其实,幼儿园中不仅有幼儿,还有教师。社会各界对幼儿园的育儿质量予以高度重视,但是却没有关注幼儿教师的发展现状,尤其是幼儿园实施人力资源管理的情况。从目前来看,幼儿园在人力资源管理方面还存在不容忽视的问题。为了学前教育事业的持续发展,幼儿园采取有效措施加强人力资源管理势在必行。
With the promulgation and implementation of the new “Outline”, great changes have taken place in the field of pre-school education. The new “Outline” emphasizes pre-school education should pay attention to children’s interests, hobbies and needs, let the children enjoy their childhood. This shows that the community requires kindergarten should attach great importance to the healthy growth of children. In fact, not only kindergarten children, there are teachers. All walks of life attach great importance to the quality of childcare in kindergartens, but they have not paid attention to the development of kindergarten teachers, especially the implementation of human resources management in kindergartens. From the current point of view, kindergartens in human resources management there are still problems that can not be ignored. In order to sustain the development of preschool education, it is imperative for kindergartens to take effective measures to strengthen human resources management.
