[目的]为防治番茄枯萎病提供新途径。[方法]采用不同溶剂制备万寿菊提取物,比较了不同提取物对番茄枯萎病的抑制作用。[结果]在万寿菊不同溶剂提取物中,以氯仿提取物对番茄枯萎病菌生长的抑制效果最好;万寿菊不同部位氯仿提取物中,根部提取物对番茄枯萎病的抑制作用最明显,花、叶片提取物次之,茎提取物抑制作用最弱。[结论]万寿菊中含有的活性成分对番茄枯萎病有抑制作用,具有良好的开发前景和应用价值。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide a new way to control tomato wilt. [Method] The extracts of marigold were prepared with different solvents, and the inhibitory effects of different extracts on Fusarium wilt of tomato were compared. [Result] Among the different solvent extracts of marigold, chloroform extracts had the best inhibitory effect on the growth of Fusarium solani fumigatus. Among the extracts from different parts of marigold, the extract from roots and roots had the most obvious inhibitory effect on Fusarium oxysporum f. , Followed by leaf extract, stem extract weakest inhibition. [Conclusion] The active ingredients contained in marigold could inhibit the tomato wilt disease, and had good development prospect and application value.
