本文结合4000kW双圆弧齿轮减速器和ZQSH系列双圆弧圆柱齿转减速器的设计开发与应用。阐述了双圆弧齿轮传动的模数m_(?),螺旋角β和重合度ε三个主要参数的确定。提出了不能套用选择渐开线齿轮参数的办法来确定双圆孤齿轮的主要参数。文中还指出了某些书藉中的示例重合度ε选择欠佳之处,并以鲜明的示例进行对比,展示了正确地确定双圆弧的重合度ε有利于实现多点啮合和多对齿啮合。
In this paper, 4000kW double circular arc gear reducer and ZQSH series double arc cylindrical gear reducer design development and application. The determination of the three main parameters of modulo m_ (?), Helix angle β and the degree of coincidence ε of double circular arc gear transmission is described. It is proposed that the parameters of involute gear can not be applied to determine the main parameters of double round lugs.
