2004年7月26日,中国民用航空总局与香港民航处、澳门民航局在香港召开了第五次联合维修管理(JMM)会议。在这次会议中,内地与港澳三方在相互认可对整机维修单位的批准方面达成一致意见,并计划在2004年11月底签署正式文件。这是三方自2002年5月对航空器部件(除发动机、螺旋桨)维修单位的批准达成相互认可和2004年2月对整台动力装置和螺旋桨维修单位的批准达成相互认可后取得的又一重大进展。籍此,内地、香港和澳门三方在维修单位的批准方面的相互认可范围将覆盖至所有航空器维修工作,在正式签定协议以后,内地、香港、澳门三方将不再受理对方管辖范围内的维修单位的申请。
On July 26, 2004, CAAC, Civil Aviation Department of Hong Kong and Macao Civil Aviation Authority held the fifth Joint Maintenance Management Meeting in Hong Kong. At this meeting, the three sides of the Mainland and Hong Kong and Mogan agreed on the mutual recognition of the approval of the maintenance units and planned to sign the official documents by the end of November 2004. This is another significant progress made by the three parties after mutual recognition of the approval of aircraft component (other than engine and propeller) maintenance units in May 2002 and mutual approval of the entire power plant and propeller maintenance organization in February 2004 . As a result, the mutual recognition of the three parties in the Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau on the approval of maintenance organizations will cover all aircraft maintenance work. After the signing of the agreement, the Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau will no longer accept maintenance from each other’s jurisdiction Unit application.
