目的通过对RIM3γmRNA在中枢神经系统和抑制性神经元中的特异性表达的研究,探讨RIM3γ的生理功能。方法使用成年Wistar大鼠,通过原位杂交技术和双标免疫荧光检测法对RIM3γmRNA在中枢神经系统和抑制性神经元中的特异性表达进行研究。结果RIM3γ的mRNA主要表达在丘脑腹后外侧核、嗅球的僧帽细胞层、大脑皮质躯体感觉区的第Ⅱ~Ⅳ层及在小脑的颗粒层和脊髓后角的边缘层区域。双标免疫荧光检测法显示RIM3γ分布在大鼠的大脑皮层、脊髓和小脑的某些抑制性神经元。结论RIM3γ在大鼠中枢神经系统的特异性表达,为进一步探索RIM3γ的生理功能提供了基本依据。
Objective To investigate the physiological function of RIM3γ by studying the specific expression of RIM3γmRNA in central nervous system and inhibitory neurons. Methods Adult Wistar rats were used to study the specific expression of RIM3γ mRNA in central nervous system and inhibitory neurons by in situ hybridization and double-labeled immunofluorescence assay. Results The mRNA of RIM3γ mainly expressed in the lateral ventromedial nucleus of thalamus, the mitral layer of olfactory bulb, the layer Ⅱ ~ Ⅳ of the somatosensory area of the cerebral cortex and the layer of the granular layer in the cerebellum and the edge layer in the posterior horn of spinal cord. Double-labeled immunofluorescence assay showed that RIM3γ was distributed in some inhibitory neurons in rat cerebral cortex, spinal cord and cerebellum. Conclusion The specific expression of RIM3γ in the central nervous system of rats provides a basic basis for further exploring the physiological function of RIM3γ.
