按常规投照技术要求摄取的髌骨轴位片,常因中心线入射角度或入射点选择不准确而导致摄影失败。这与膝关节和髌股关节解剖特征和活动规律有关。根据关节的上述特征设计的“仰卧位髌骨轴位投照技术”改变摄影体位和中心线调整方法,使髌骨轴位摄影操作简单化,中心线调整方式的可操作性增强.经过67例的摄影实践,证明使用这种技术,单侧和双侧髌骨轴位摄影照片优质率分别为80%和90%,照片优质串明显提高。采用这种技术患者体位舒适,容易配合,在屈膝30~70度之间均可获得满意的髌骨轴位影像。
