本文报道用免疫酶法检测258例鼻咽癌病人血清 VCA-IgA 抗体,阳性率93.74%,几何平均滴度(GMT)78.50,明显高于对照组(头颈部其他恶性肿瘤45例,慢性鼻咽粘膜炎56例,正常人179例).抗体阳性率、GMT 与 TNM 分期、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移程度、临床发展方向无明显关系,而与病理类型有关。鼻咽癌经放疗后5年以上者,抗体阳性率和 GMT 明显下降,但阳性率仍达78.59%.本法可用于早期诊断和鉴别诊断,但不能作为复发指标,最后确诊靠病理检查.
This article reported using immunoenzymatic method to detect 258 cases of NPC patients serum VCA-IgA antibody, the positive rate of 93.74%, the geometric mean titer (GMT) 78.50, was significantly higher than the control group (45 cases of other head and neck cancer, chronic nose There were 56 cases of pharyngeal mucositis and 179 cases of normal people.) The positive rate of antibody, GMT and TNM staging, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, and clinical development direction were not significantly related to each other, but related to the pathological type. After 5 years of radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma, the positive rate of antibody and GMT decreased significantly, but the positive rate still reached 78.59%. This method can be used for early diagnosis and differential diagnosis, but it can not be used as recurrence index. The final diagnosis depends on pathological examination.
