本文介绍了44例以往未经过放疗或化疗的晚期尤文氏瘤,其中胸膜转移11例,肺转移20例,骨转移12例,骨髓转移6例及卵巢转移1例。治疗方法为照射原发灶及所有转移灶,原发灶剂量自2000~6500rad不等,但大部分病人(54.5%)在4000~5000rad之间,先大野包括全长骨,后缩野对原发灶加量。肺转移病人照射双肺,2岁以下1500rad/2周,2岁以上1800rad/2.5周。以后缩野对转移灶加量2000rad/8次,骨转移病变2000~5400rad(每日150~300rad),化疗采用长春新碱,环磷酰胺,阿霉素及更生霉素。著者将疗效分为完全反应:临床见肿瘤消失,
This article describes 44 cases of advanced Ewing’s tumors that have not previously undergone radiotherapy or chemotherapy, including 11 cases of pleural metastases, 20 cases of lung metastases, 12 cases of bone metastases, 6 cases of bone marrow metastases, and 1 case of ovarian metastases. The treatment method was to irradiate the primary tumor and all metastases. The dose of the primary tumor ranged from 2000 to 6500 rad, but most of the patients (54.5%) were between 4000 and 5000 rad. First Dayo included the full-length bone, and the posterior contraction to the primary tumor. Increase the amount of stove. Patients with lung metastases were exposed to both lungs, 1500rad/2 weeks below 2 years of age, and 1800rad/2.5 weeks over 2 years of age. After the contraction of the metastatic site plus 2000rad/8 times, bone metastasis from 2000 to 5400rad (150 ~ 300rad daily), chemotherapy using vincristine, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin and dactinomycin. The author divided the efficacy into complete response: the tumor disappeared clinically.
