我厂生产铣镗床已有二十多年历史,多年来由于设计、结构、工艺方法的改进,使产品水平不断提高。 铣镗床X轴方向进给是单齿轮齿条传动,齿条与床身上齿条安装基面间留有间隙,装配时用块规测出两面之间距离,见图1。确定齿条位置时,将齿条由螺钉、销钉装配到床身上,由于重型机床载荷大等原因,此结构不够合理。经改进,采用双齿轮齿条传动,其齿条与床身上齿条安装基面间不允许有间隙。按设计要求,机加工完后齿条基面留有余量(或采用调整垫片在垫片上留余量),装配时要进行测量、计算、修磨至达到
