目的:建立测定通窍鼻炎片中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法-蒸发光散射检测器(HPLC-ELSD)法。色谱柱为AgiLent TC-C18柱,流动相为乙腈-水(31∶69),柱温为25℃,流速为1.0mL/min,进样量为10μL;ELSD检测器漂移管温度为40℃;氮气流速为2.0mL/min。结果:黄芪甲苷进样量在0.03896～0.7792mg范围内呈良好线性(r=0.9995);加样回收率为99.62%,RSD=1.13%(n=9)。结论:本方法操作简便、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可作为通窍鼻炎片的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Tongqiao rhinitis tablets. Methods: The HPLC-ELSD method was used. The column was AgiLent TC-C18 and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (31:69). The column temperature was 25 ℃, the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and the injection volume was 10 μL. The drift tube temperature of ELSD detector was 40 ℃. The nitrogen flow rate was 2.0 mL / min. Results: The sample of Astragaloside IV showed a good linearity (r = 0.9995) in the range of 0.03896 ~ 0.7792mg. The recovery was 99.62% with RSD = 1.13% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used as a quality control method for Tongqiao rhinitis tablets.
