本文报道吡喹酮抗曼氏迭宫绦虫成虫的作用。体外试验表明,成虫对吡喹酮的敏感性差,仅在接触10μg/ml以上高浓度药物后,虫体头节才出现收缩、链体僵直;药物作用1小时后,损伤虫体虽不能复原,但可存活一段时间。扫描电镜下也仅见体表绒毛凌乱、皮泡隆起,未见体壁破坏。犬体内治疗试验表明,虫体对吡喹酮也不敏感,只有在25、50mg/kg两大剂量组才引起部分感染犬排虫及虫体在犬小肠内裂解。文中对吡喹酮抗绦虫的作用进行了讨论。
This article reports the effect of praziquantel against adults of S. maternalis. In vitro tests showed that adults were poorly sensitive to praziquantel, and only after exposure to high concentrations of drugs above 10 μg/ml, contractions and chain stiffness occurred in the first segment of the parasite. After 1 hour of drug action, the damaged parasites could not be recovered. But it can survive for some time. Under the scanning electron microscope, only the body surface was disordered and the skin bubble uplifted. No body damage was observed. Dogs in vivo treatment trials showed that parasites were not sensitive to praziquantel, only in the two large dose groups of 25, 50mg/kg caused partial infection of the insects and parasites in the dog intestinal lysis. The role of praziquantel against aphid was discussed in this paper.
