为探讨铁蛋白受体(FnR)途径是否直接参与铁由母体转运到胎儿的过程,我们对正常健康足月孕妇胎盘基底膜FnR进行了检测,以便进一步研究母婴铁代谢转运的机制。材料和方法1 研究对象健康足月孕妇,临产时取静脉血,测定Hb、血清铁(SI)、总铁结合力(TIBC)、血清运铁蛋白饱和度(TS)及血清铁蛋白(SF)等。参照全国统一的缺铁性贫血诊断标准进行诊断。按照此标准,取Hb>110g/L,不符合铁缺乏且无其它合并症的11名孕妇的胎盘为本研究对象。
