目前，我国尚没有引导商用汽车发展的有组织、有目标、有计划、有资金投入保证的产业战略规划。编制这样的规划可以说是我国商用汽车界众望所归的事情。本刊编译了美国政府和企业合作制定的“21世纪货车研究”计划，目的是引起有关人士思考，期盼读者就此发表意见。
At present, there is no industrial strategic plan that guides the development of commercial vehicles in an organized, targeted, planned, and guaranteed capital investment. The preparation of such a plan can be said to be the business of the automotive industry in China. This publication compiles the “21st Century Freight Car Research” project, which was developed by the U.S. government and corporations. The purpose is to arouse the thinking of relevant individuals and hope readers express their views on this issue.
