目的:探讨高原缺氧下,犬右胸部枪弹伤后远隔器官损伤的组织学和超微结构改变以及伤情转归的防治措施。方法:各选15只高原杂种犬分为对照组和预防组,致伤后24h活杀对照观察。结果:高速投射物致伤后对远隔器官产生较明显的远达效应。对照组病理组织学及超微结构损伤严重,但以器官组织本身的超微结构损伤为主。预防组损伤明显减轻,主要表现为器官组织本身的病理组织学改变。结论:上述改变可能与高速投射物致伤时产生的冲击波、流体动力学改变,以及高原缺氧有关。高原投射物的远达效应,尽管器官改变不很严重,但对伤情转归的影响是不可忽视的
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the histological and ultrastructural changes of the distal organ after the right chest chest bullet injury and the preventive measures in the condition of hypoxia. Methods: Fifteen plateau breeders were divided into control group and prevention group. The control group was killed 24 hours after injury. Results: After being injured by high-speed projectile, far-reaching effects on distal organs were observed. The histopathological and ultrastructural damage of the control group was serious, but the ultrastructure damage of the organ tissue was the main one. Prevention of injury significantly reduced, mainly as the histopathological changes of the organ tissue itself. Conclusion: The above changes may be related to the shock wave, hydrodynamic changes and hypoxia caused by high-speed projectile. The plateau projection effect, although the organ change is not serious, but the outcome of the injury can not be ignored
