肺癌是最常见的肺部原发性恶性肿瘤。肺癌并不都是单独存在,可合并其他肺部疾病,如肺结核、慢性阻塞性肺疾病及尘埃沉着病等。当其他肺部疾病合并肺癌,特别是早期肺癌时的临床表现不典型,容易造成误诊及漏诊,使患者失去最佳治疗机会。CT能谱成像利用单能量图像、能谱曲线及物质分离与定量,分析基础物质图像,可以提高对肺部结节,特别是小结节的检出率,对结节的良恶性也可进行初步判断。
