我院门诊多年来对某些特殊部位的寻常疣,采用硝酸银粉包敷,操作方便,价格低廉,疗效可靠。 材料与方法:取小片胶布1～2层,按疣的大小,中间剪一小孔,贴于包敷部位,使疣外露,周围健康皮肤藉胶布保护,于疣上堆放硝酸银粉少许,外层再用胶布严密复盖,嘱患者三天内不要浸水,以免感染。三天后由医护人员将敷贴物除去,胶布下表层焦黑的坏死组织用血管钳夹除。绝大多数病人一次即愈,个别患者因疣较大、且深,一次包敷不够彻底,在夹除坏死组织时发现基底较硬,须作第二次包敷。
