本文介绍了绝对辐射计接收面涂层热阻的测量原理和装置。推导出包含两项修正的热阻计算公式。对影响热阻值的因素进行了测量和讨论。文中给出五种典型黑层的热阻测量值。连续测量的重复性优于±1%,长期测量的重复性为±3%,总的不确定度为±20%。最大热阻测量的分辨率为0.1cm~2·K/W。本文最后介绍一种利用已知热阻的样品来测量未知热阻样品的简单方法。
This article describes the principle and device for measuring the thermal resistance of an absolute radiometer receiving surface coating. The formula for calculating thermal resistance with two corrections is deduced. The factors affecting the thermal resistance were measured and discussed. The thermal resistance measurements of five typical black layers are given. Repeatability of continuous measurement better than ± 1%, long-term measurement repeatability of ± 3%, the total uncertainty of ± 20%. The maximum thermal resistance measurement resolution of 0.1cm ~ 2 · K / W. This article concludes with an easy way to measure an unknown thermal resistance sample using a sample of known thermal resistance.
