蚕蛹含有相当丰富的蛋白质和脂肪,本实验利用饲养白鼠的生长试验,以测定蚕蛹蛋白质的营养价值。 1.蚕蛹来源: 苏州第一丝厂,用苯提出蛹油后的蚕蛹,经洗涤干燥并磨成粉末,作为饲料蛋白质的唯一来源,经分析测定该脱脂蚕蛹含蛋白质80~85%。 2.受试动物: 以鼠龄约四周的同窝大白鼠(一般体重约60克)作为饲养对象。白鼠品种系向中国科学院生理生化研究所得来。 3.饲养方法: 将同窝白鼠分成三组,分别饲养在特制铁丝笼内,饲以三种不同的食料作为试验。三种饲料的淀粉、脂肪、维生素与无机盐完全相同,唯蛋白质不相同。
