司法公正是维护司法公信力的支柱,而舆论监督对司法公正有着重要的影响。但舆论监督是两面的,对司法公正既有积极影响又有消极影响。随着现在媒体的飞速发展,信息传播越来越便利,审判变得更加透明化,有利于大众对司法公正地监督。但是,有些媒体在向公正转述案件时,直接给案件定性,甚至会公布当事人地隐私。所以我们必须要善用舆论监督来促进司法当中的公平和正义。
Judicial fairness is the pillar of safeguarding the credibility of the judiciary, and the supervision of public opinion has an important influence on judicial fairness. However, public opinion supervision is two-sided and has both positive and negative effects on judicial fairness. With the rapid development of the media nowadays, the dissemination of information is becoming more and more convenient. The trials have become more transparent and conducive to public supervision of the judiciary. However, some media directly refer cases to cases when they are imparted fairly, and even expose the parties’ privacy. Therefore, we must make good use of public opinion to promote fairness and justice in the judiciary.
